Typical of the Trapani tradition, the Busiata is famous for its characteristic helical shape. Ours is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic. Made with ancient Sicilian wheat semolina, it is bronze drawn and dried slowly and at low temperature. An artisanal process, for an excellent pasta.
