Our Fusilli are 100% Sicilian, 100% organic. To make them, we use only two ingredients: Russello wheat, one of the varieties of Sicilian ancient grains, and mineral water. The milling is in stone or cylinders, the drawing is in bronze, the drying is slow and at a low temperature. An artisanal process, for an excellent pasta.
