Recently, our continuous research work has given life to a line of stabilized products that contain the same organoleptic characteristics of classic fresh pasta but with the advantage of being stored out of the fridge for 180 days.

- Very short cooking times 3/4 minutes.
- Same porosity and elasticity of fresh pasta.
- Selected extra durum wheat semolina
- No preservatives
- Transport and storage of the environment
