Pasta made with durum wheat semolina of the highest quality grown exclusively in Italy. Furthermore, the production process can be limited to the organoleptic properties inherent in the raw materials.

The objective of this project is that of a very effective pasta line both in the careful choice of ingredients and shapes.

The shape of the pasta, the vivacity of the colors make the packaging and the quality of the product stand out even more. The two colors line offers two original shapes of pasta: farfalle and garganelli. The Farfalle host the sauce in the wings created by the bow, which allows the cooking to be kept al dente and to retain the right amount of sauce; the garganelli welcome the sauce thanks to the hole created with the rolling of a pasta rhombus. The two shapes have different flavours: red beet, black squid, lemon, spinach, porcini mushrooms, basil and tomato.
