Special format similar to maltagliati but with crinkled edges, it is produced by Rustichella d'Abruzzo with only organic wholemeal spelled flour 100% from Abruzzo and the traditional Rustichella artisan production process that allows the pasta to retain its high quality. There are many recipes that lend themselves to this particular format: ideal to accompany a Tondino del Tavo Bean soup from the Rustichella PrimoGrano line seasoned with INTOSSO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or in the "Viva l'Italia" version by Maria Stefania Peduzzi, owner of RdA, who prepares it in a summer version with pachino tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, capers, INTOSSO PrimoGrano Extra Virgin Olive Oil and fresh basil.
