Since 2008, PANDorà’s bakery products have been certified according to the BRC Food Standard (British Retail Consortium of global standards).
The Assurance and Quality Control Team of PANDorà undertakes the tests following strict standards in every phase of the product manufacturing. It starts from the supplier’s selection (which must have well defined requirements and they must supply specific guarantees), until the accurate inspections of the finished product before the market release.
To guarantee the safety and the salubrity of the production to the end consumer is for PANDorà a determinant which requires the utmost attention: this is the main reason we are certified with BRC Food (Global Standard for Food Safety) since 2008.
Other than performing strict control on raw material and finished product, we guarantee the traceability of each production batch.
