These leaves are a gourmet blend of already cut and ready-to-use leaves, selected on the basis of their refined shape and unique taste. These are not micro, but adult leaves, different from microgreens in their aesthetic and aromatic tone. They are larger than microgreens and have leaves of the same species, with a different shape. No longer embryonic leaves (cotyledons) but “true leaves”, with dimensions between 3 and 5 cm.
