The " Bivalvia Veneto Producers' Organisation" consists of about 100 associated boats and 300 fishermen engaged daily in the harvesting of bivalve molluscs. The range of ready-to-cook products offered under the "iPescaOri" brand includes sea clams-lupins, scallops, razor clams, cuttlefish, baby octopus, prawns, squid, eels and fasolari. The fish products are offered fresh and cleaned, selected, desanded, frozen and represent the excellence of the Adriatic Sea fruits of the Venetian coast.
