Ingredients:
36% pitted olives mixed in variable proportion, (pitted green olives, pitted black olives), 38% sunflower oil, 12% extra virgin oil, 22% sun-dried tomatoes,  capers, parsley, chili pepper, garlic, white wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: potassium metabisulfite), salt .
Acidity Regulator: citric acid.
Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
