Buckwheat is a flour that, when combined with durum wheat semolina, lends a fully body to an exceptionally nutritious pasta. The buckwheat flour is obtained from the coarse grinding of whole seeds, to provide an all-round sensory experience. To the taste, you can savour the depth of every single grain.
