HUGO

It is an Alto Adige aperitif characterized by the unmistakable scent of elderflower. The scents of JAS HUGO are profused by a syrup obtained by cold infusion of elderberry bush flowers. These flowers, strictly spontaneous, are collected by a community of authorized pickers from April to July in Val di Sole. These skilled mountaineers dedicate themselves to collecting at different altitudes depending on the temperature, in order to have flowers with the same intensity of scents.

Ingredients: Organic white wine (80%), spontaneous elderflower syrup (20%), carbon dioxide. Alc. Vol.: 10.5%.

Bartender's tips:

Serve well chilled at 2-5 degrees in a large glass with ice and garnish with a slice of apple and a few mint leaves.
