Anchovy fillets packed in olive oil. Made with anchovies caught in the Cantabrian Sea in the spring months. Anchovies matured in salting for a minimum of 24 months. Made 100% at our facilities in Castro-Urdiales, Cantabria, Spain.

This format is made with the largest anchovies we have, 10-12 extra-large and very tasty fillets.

Ingredients: Anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus) (FAO 27 VIIIc) (PESCE), olive oil and salt.
