Nerello is an Etna Canestrato par excellence as it is closely linked to the territory. After the classic production phase of canestrato, it is immersed in Nerello Mascalese marc from Etna vines and aged for 45 days. The result is a cheese with the aroma of wine: a real treat for the palate!
