Ermes rice is a variety of rice obtained in Italy by crossing Venus rice and a rice grain stretched (indica), deliberately created through natural techniques. As for rice blacks, red anthocyanins are contained in the outer grain brown rice. Hermes is also gluten free and is a brown rice, so rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and proteins.
Rice with a delicate, Hermes is a healthy and nutritious food, ideal to enjoy with drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, but also in salads with raw and cooked vegetables.
The cooking time is 35-40 minutes.
