The Carnaroli Classic semi integral has an amber color because in processing the innermost layer of the film that covers the grain (husk) is not removed, giving an amber color to rice.

In the semi integral version, the prince of rice has grains in large and regular and it is high in fiber and lipids. Maintaining the high amylose content typical of Carnaroli, the semifinished product provides excellent sealing of the cooking cooking at the same time than white.

The cooking time is 20-22 minutes.
