This wine is like the “Zephiro” wind: a light and pleasant breath of spring. Sparkling wine, obtained by refermentation in autoclave of base wine produced from grapes of the Bombino variety, typical of the Daunia area. With a young and fresh flavor, it goes well with light dishes and aperitifs.
