Wine with an intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections, with a delicate perfume with hints of red fruit and spices. Obtained from Uva di Troia vinified with maceration at a controlled temperature, to enhance its aromas and flavors. It goes well with meat and game dishes. Serve at a temperature of 15-18 ° C, after opening it at least half an hour before serving.
