Chef Vincenzo suggests two ingredients, both from our range (dried pasta and Ligurian pesto), for a smashing, light result. INGREDIENTS for 4 people: • buononaturale Linguine 500g; • buononaturale ORGANIC Pestoghiotto ligure 120g. PROCEDURE: 1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with a tablespoon of salt; 2. Pour the buononaturale ORGANIC Pestoghiotto into a pan; 3. Add some boiling water to the pan and heat up your sauce for a few minutes; 4. Drain the buononaturale Linguine "al dente" and mix with the pesto; 5. Add boiling water for a creamier result and plate up; 6.
