The buononaturale focaccia (premium, frozen) is made semiartisanally in Altamura of Apulia, a region of Southern Italy which has been handing down its secret focaccia-making know-how for centuries. Our focacce are tall and soft and can be used as accompaniment for any course. These are "Italian parents' favorites" for self-catering the birthday parties of their kids.
We offer 3 flavors: classic, rosemary, and Mediterranean with cherry tomatoes and olives. You will find smaller as well as larger-sized ones (110g v. 450/650/850g), with the latter being squared and the former round.
We also produce pizza dough, upon request.
