They contain 30% of premium dried fruits from Sicily, a volcanic island in the South of Italy. Such a high concentration of the primary ingredient in our creams allows for significant dilution with vegetable or other whip cream bases to make delicious chantilly creams. They can be eaten in spoonfuls (think of them as a healthier and more delicate Nutella), spread over bread, or used to fill sweets and panettoni.
They are available in glass jars of either 90g or 190g (reusable as well as recyclable) and in 3 varieties: pistachio, almond, hazelnut.
