They contain 60% of premium dried fruits from Sicily, a volcanic island in the South of Italy, and are meant to be used as savory sauces, containing dried fruit grains that stick to the heterogenous surfaces of pasta shapes such as Fusilli, Penne rigate, and others.
They are available in glass jars of either 90g or 190g (reusable as well as recyclable) and in 3 varieties: pistachio, almond, hazelnut.
