Most of these delicious gluten-free preserves are ready to be served as an elegant appetizer or finger food for happy hours (or aperitivi done the Italian way), but can as easily be used to enrich main courses.

Legumes are among our favorite preserves, and we offer them boiled (ready-to-use, ambient). All you need to do is pour them out of their 100% recyclable packaging and combine them with other natural ingredients to prepare whole meals. They are available in 300g glass jars (reusable as well as recyclable) and in 5 varieties: peas, chickpeas, borlotti or cannellini beans, lentils (in a tomato soup).
