Soft pastas are among the most typical sweets of the Sicilian tradition. The most common and known version is undoubtedly the one with almonds, but here in Bronte we have reinterpreted them using the unique local raw material, pistachio! A simple dessert, whose preparation requires only a few ingredients, characterized by a soft and fragrant heart and a more crunchy outer part, which can be decorated with sugar or pieces of pistachio.
