Classic Panettone is the typical traditional Panettone. Our Panettone is double leavened for over 48 hours, made using only live sourdough and filled with sultana raisins and candied orange peel. The dough is extremely soft, the flavour elegant but firm. Our classic panettone is a very rich but easily digestible panettone, thanks to the long rising time and the use of high quality raw materials.

It contains no preservatives, emulsifiers, flavourings or vegetable fats. It is a 100% artisan panettone, made entirely by hand with passion, following the Italian pastry tradition since 1882.
