In the 1970’s Dr. Donato de Robertis, respected cardiologist built his countryside dream villa just outside the medieval seaside town of Trani.
Surrounded by breathtaking views of vast olive orchards and recently retired, Dr. Robertis purchased the neighbouring properties and embarked on a mission to produce healthy, high quality olive oil. As a cardiologist, Dr. Robertis understood the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil and sharing these benefits and his knowledge became his passion.
After the passing of Dr. De Robertis, that same passion for producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oil was continued by his daughter Ottilia and son-in-law Paolo.
