A simple pancetta made from Italian pork meat, it is skinned, salted and flavoured before being cured for an extensive period of time. the taste is sweet, typical of the natural product, it is enriched with finely-chopped Ligurian aromatic herbs, dried naturally. The strength of the herbs recalls the resolute Ligurian land, where man's diggedness has taken space from nature to cultivate the truest perfumes.
