This Lardo with Genoese PDO Basil is made with skinned Italian pancetta that is cold-salted and allowed to rest before being dried and layered. The product is enriched with Genoese PDO Basil, harvested fresh then dried to obtain leaves that are free of moisture, then finely chopped to add a signature freshness and flavour to the product, typical og the Genoese PDO Basil.
