Sharpened in durmast barrels, QUERCIA ORO is a product particularly substantial, with a density of 1.35 (71° BRIX) and a marked inclination to the sweet, balanced with the right acidity. In the kitchen it combines perfectly with important cheese, meat and daily vegetables.
