Naturally leavened baked confectionery product without sultanas or candied fruit

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat, water), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavourings

-Pistachio cream filling 10%: "Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP" (30%), sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.

-Covering 10%: chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), "Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP" 5%.

May contain other nuts (almond, walnut, hazelnut) and shell residues.

Store in a cool, dry place; away from heat sources. Product ready for consumption.
