"CONFESSIONI A TAVOLA" is the format created and hosted by the creative duo CHARMEN, born Mattia Lorenzetti and Guido Prosperi, where they talk about food in all its facets, where they confess funny facts that have happened, but also about business lunches and agreements made around a dining table, without forgetting the erotic and sensory aspect, and the astrological aspect of food.
The talk, which debuted in January 2022 with a series of live Instagram feeds on the account @charmenoff, will be live for the first time on the "Evolution Plaza" stage, the stage dedicated to innovation at TUTTOFOOD.
"Confessioni a Tavola" will be an opportunity to share emotions, discuss and discover new trends.
Speakers: Victoire Gouloubi, Chef; Vaziliki Pierrakea, Chef
Twelve exceptional guests will take turns on stage during the four dates, all from different backgrounds, but with a passion for food.
Thursday 11 May at 12 p.m. will be the turn of 'Donna Moderna' editor-in-chief Maria Elena Viola, chef and promoter of Afro-Caribbean food Victorie Gouloubi and Greek cuisine ambassador Vasiliki Pierrakea.
